Yiddish Veršes LIVE in Vilnius

Following its successful digital release, Yiddish Veršes received its first public presentation on June 13 in Vilnius as part of the annual Culture Night festival. The event combined live performances by featured artists with conversations with the project’s curators, offering insights into the poets behind the album, the creative process, and how the idea took shape through sound and visual storytelling.

Three artists from the compilation — Tok Rukoo, WTBSK, and Syndrom Samazvanca — performed live sets featuring tracks from Yiddish Veršes alongside their own original songs.

The event was organised by the Belarusian-Jewish Cultural Heritage Center, Radio Plato, Goethe-Institut Vilnius, and Cvi Parkas, with the support of the Jewish (Litvak) Community of Lithuania and the Vilna Gaon Museum of Jewish History.
