The VR reconstruction of the Great Synagogue of Wolpa has become part of the permanent exhibition at the Jewish Museum in Paris. Presented as a video installation, it complements a wooden model of the synagogue, created by ORT students in the 1950s - part of the museum’s collection.
Starting this autumn, visitors will also be able to experience the project in VR format.
This milestone marks the first step toward a broader vision — a museum present in multiple locations, reflecting the Belarusian-Jewish heritage dispersed across the globe and recognized as an important part of world history.
